Tracey is a Bay Area native who moved to New York City to complete her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Columbia University. With a passion for helping people move with confidence, she enjoys treating clients from all walks of life—from busy professionals and recreational athletes to those simply looking to feel better in their bodies.
Her clinical focus is keeping runners healthy through a strategic, sustainable plan that emphasizes strength training, progressive overload, and efficient running workouts.
