OUR VALUES

A dark green heart surrounded by a circular arrow, symbolizing love and renewal.

BUILDING LIFE-LONG TRAINING HABITS

Training should be built for the long term - avoiding overtraining, burnout, and injury to support lifelong running.

PERSONALIZED APPROACH TO TRAINING

Every runner is unique. Training should respect differences in experience, goals, schedules, and life demands.

TRAINING WITH INTENTION

Every workout has intent, “busy work” miles or strength training exercises is not the goal.

OUR
MISSION

To support runners of all abilities through individualized, sustainable running and strength programming that optimizes performance while reducing injury risk.

OUR
PURPOSE

I want people to feel like they have a sustainable plan to train for whatever race they want to do - a plan that not only helps them manage their injuries but also helps them improve their performance. I want them to feel like they have someone who supports them through every phase of their training block whether they are hitting their peak mileage or if they’re injured and not able to run.
